Refund policy

  • CANCELLATION

COP YOUR DRIP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. There are certain situations that we are unable to accept and must cancel; which include but not limited to - limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product & pricing data, problems identified by credit & fraud avoidance department; among others.

  • CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

Cancellation is not valid on the sale of Sneakers, Streetwear and Accessories in any case.

Cancellation on Sneaker Accessories & Care Products are only available before dispatch.

If an order is cancelled by the customer post shipment of the product , only items that are delivered defective by the manufacturer or damaged by the courier will be refunded. If this is the case, please us an email at info@copyourdrip.com

  1. We have a general non-refundable and non-returnable policy.
  2. Unboxing video of the order is required for any refund cases.
  • REPLACEMENT POLICY

In order to get a defective item replaced, contact Customer Care via contact us form on our website within 4 days from the date of delivery. Alternatively, we are available on info@copyourdrip.com and our Instagram page - cop.your.drip

The defective product or part of the product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately if a proper video proof of the product is presented to us.

No replacement/exchange on the sale of sneakers and street wear.

  • REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

COP YOUR DRIP has a general non-refundable and non-returnable policy.

Refunds & Returns are only accepted under the following exceptional circumstances.

  • Product had a manufacturer defect
  • Product was damaged in intransit
  • Product were missing
  • Wrong product was received

Proper video proof of unboxing is to be presented in these cases only them a return/refund will be initiated.

We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, COP YOUR DRIP shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

Note : Product will not be eligible for return due to incorrect application by the customer.

In case of damaged or any missing product the customer needs to raise the request within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Once the customer has raised the request. he/she needs to provide a visual proof (an image and video) of the damaged/missing product within 3 days from the time of delivery.

Once the return request has been initiated, all items ti be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken completed, the refund shall be creditef to the customer's account.
